I’m passionate about cultivating strong creative teams that produce thoughtful, high-quality work, while fostering an environment where people feel encouraged to take creative risks, collaborate openly and develop themselves professionally. With as much time as we spend together at work, it should be purposeful, rewarding and FUN.

Understanding regional nuances can make or break a launch. I’ve spent my career developing campaigns that work for over 60+ countries—collaborating with global teams and adjusting the work as needed, while maintaining the integrity of the campaign and brand. With an academic background in World Religion and Psychology, I have a curiosity and unique sensibility for cultural nuance that has proven invaluable in my creative career.
